You are the GM as it is today. You decide if you want to compete or rebuild. You will make trades with other GMs as well as try to sign UFAs to meet that goal. Any UFA you sign cant be traded after. After some time, votes will happen to determine who rebuilt their team best and who built the best contender.

You can trade anyone, even recent signings. You just can't trade any signings you make.

Pretty much the same situation, looking primarily to improve the defense and goaltending. Crosby and Malkin untouchable, everyone else can be had. (Although Letang and Guentzel will need very valuable pieces coming back)

The rebuilding continues. Getzlaf, Rakell, Lindholm, and Manson are moving 50% retention is not a problem on these shorter contracts. No untouchables, but will take a lot to get Zegras/Drysdale.

I’m going to change things up with how you announce trades too. Post trades in the same thread as the buyout one and the other person can like it to confirm. It’ll be easier for me instead of having to flip through a ton of pages.
