I’m kind of both. Really low level commitment though where you really just negotiate trades and let people take advantage of you.

When the game officially starts are competing and everything not named Miller, Boeser, Horvat, Hughes, Pettersson, Schmidt are available. are rebuilding and everyone above 23 is available. Not talking offers quite yet though since so many teams are not taken.

Bruins will be looking to retool. We are getting older and our defense is full of holes. We are officially making everyone available with the exception of McAvoy and the Perfection Line

Detroit and New Jersey can both accept cap dumps but would need to be significant assets coming back for any deals longer than 1 year.

More looking to start adding contributing pieces to help lift us out of the basement.
