100%. Lost one of the leagues top goalies and top goal scorers, and a solid D. No other significant changes, and here we are scoring less and letting more go in.. yet it’s all coaches fault?? (Nevermind that hockey is an incredibly tactical game where coaching strategy beyond setting of lines has minimal impact at most, but thats another debate..)

Green knew who his roster was in the offseason. He had fair warning that he would need to adjust accordingly. Whatever adjustments he may or may not have made are clearly not working.

I’d take them all over Eriksson, Sutter, Beagle, Roussel, Myers, Baertschi, Spooner and Benn. That way I’d have a shit load of cap space to sign useful talent

This is the overall worst defensive Canucks team I can recall watching since the turn of the century. Even if we snuck into the playoffs we’d get annihilated. We haven’t even had bad injuries to our defense yet which is kinda our thing.
