In 2016 he was great considering the situation; had to jump in against the Pens when Bishop got injured in game 1. Had a respectable .925 save percentage too. Last playoffs he was decent. Did his job just fine.

Agreed. To say Vasy is a tier above Gibson is ridiculous. Gibson is probably the better of the two even if his playoff stats don't look lovely.

I was gonna say Gibson. I think he's got the edge, and Vasilevskiy is flattered a bit by the team he plays for. But this gif kinda sways me.
