Gibsons age, contract and track record would dictate a very big return. I think Grubauer and Byram is what it would take.

I don't really see why Ducks would do it though unless they are planning a long walk through the desert here. If it's a normal 2-3 year rebuild he'd still be in his prime on the other end.

Gibson is 26 years old with a cap hit of $6,400,000 for 7 seasons after this one. You consider that along with the rest of the goalies in our system and it should tell you we aren't trading Gibson for anything close to reasonable. If we traded Gibson we would have the worst goaltending situation in franchise history.
