The Bruins don't need to bring up Trent to fight first duty is to provide needed scoring then toughness.

Now's the perfect time to start rolling some kids through the bruins line up- give Khulman, Frederic, Studnicka, Senyshn, Lauzon, Zboril, Vaakaneinen 10+ games each. Work some rest into the veteran's second half. Push the middle of the line up guys who are under-performing.

No one has to stick long term, but all will be better for it.

How so? They called up Vladar and Keyser is injured. Providence needs a backup.

No, it doesn't. If Lagace was recalled then yes, that would be the case. Halak will be playing until Rask is back and I'd be surprised if Vladar got into a game. Keyser is still sidelined with an upper-body injury and hasn't practiced yet, hence the signing of another goalie.

Do you happen to know if the upper body injury is a concussion? And if so isn’t that something that he has had issues with in the past? Either way, poor kid
