Caps need to find some ways to jump start their offense! This defending a lot is gonna fall apart at the rate they are going. I don't care that the Stars are a top 10 team. They played last night and the Caps are well rested. Stars might have the better play in the 1st, but the Caps need to dictate the game in the 2nd and 3rd periods.
