Physicality doesn't mean dick.
You need responsible two-way hockey players on BOTH sides of the puck, and right now we have a handful.
Up front you have liabilities like LeCavalier, Umberger, Rinaldo, and a handful of other guys that are average like Simmonds, Voracek, and Giroux.
On the backend you have Grossmann, Coburn, and Schenn. Then there's Andy MacDonald who has defied physics by providing negative dimensions.
We need more offense from the back-end, and we need more responsible forward up front.
