Well, I suppose the bright side here is that the didn't lose to the Ducks so much as they lost to themselves. Had them beat so many times just to come up like a drunken frat boy after too many whiskeys. Meanwhile the only thing the Ducks could do was dump the puck and hold on for dear life.

It was more about bad luck and the lack of killer instinct with the goal scoring chances. Sure the pp should be changed but anytime you scores 1/4 on pp it's basically success.

and win more faceoffs, Granlund. the only time they kept the puck in the zone after a faceoff was a mistake by the ducks after winning it cleanly. jesus. cry and whine about the first unit but we pretty much need Koivu on whichever unit plays the most or it'll be for ****.
