Boyle is a 3rd year pro. Played college at UMass-Lowell and UMass-Amherst. Looks like he started with half a year at the ECHL level and then graduated to the AHL by the end of his first pro year. Has appeared in 80+ AHL games with decent numbers (~0.920 sv%). Has 1 NHL start this year.

Well when it comes to Green's accuracy of late MArkstrom starting, new guy backing up and Dipietro being re-assigned could actually be Markstrom is on his death bed, new guy got lost on his way to the rink and Dipietro will be starting the next 10 games.

This is actually his first NHL start tonight. He came in for Gibby when our defenseman ran him.
