Was expecting a fast-paced entertaining game. Got just that. Refs did a heck of a job of keeping the Kraken in it. The lack of consistency was beyond absurd.

Bs D-men continue to contribute big offensively. McAvoy is an assist machine.

Jake's return has been huge. Dude just keeps on scoring big goals.

We'll see how much the likes of Gourde run around acting a fool once Hathaway and Orlov arrive. Teams now have two more reasons to be looking over their shoulders when playing the Bs.

Not the best Bs performance by any stretch, but their heart and hustle got the job done. Keep it rolling!

Side note, although I realize Smitty was an obvious man to go in a trade, I feel horribly that he won't get to experience the playoff run with this group. Non-stop motor on the ice and wonderful person. Thanks for everything Smitty!

Edit: I forgot Eddie O worked for Seattle now, and saw ESPN in the thumbnail and assumed this was a national telecast. But we all now even if it had been, Eddie would've reacted the same way. ;)

Kinda funny how excited the national broadcasters were when Seattle took a late lead; and how absolutely devastated they sounded when the B's tied and took the lead.

Sorry Eddie O.

You'd have to think the team feels the same way considering how close everyone is. He'll definitely be missed!

That had to be the Seattle broadcast team. Usually I don't care about broadcasters leaning one way or the other if it's regional but if that really is ESPN, that PBP guy was clearly not into calling Boston goals vs the Seattle ones.

Great win to pull off with such a terrible effort. This team just seems to be able to turn it up a notch when needed.

Really excited for Saturday's game to see the new faces live!
