Cehlarik has been fine. He’s a good player. I just don’t see him as a permanent fixture in this role.

It does figure that his 1000th game will get overshadowed in the city by the Patriots. But I hope TD Garden blows the roof off during his ceremony.

In days of yore Red Sox Truck Day was a big media event - it is today and will be ignored.

BUT the Bruins game will get media attention as it a certainty that the Super Bowl trophy will be at the Garden and a good percentage of Pats players should be there.

Maybe but I thought the Bergeron line was off yesterday and uncharacteristically spent a lot of time in their own zone . Holtby was Holtby but no guarantee he will be great in the playoffs. Perhaps it won’t be the Bruins but that Washington team is capable of being put down early .

Terrific team defense, Rask played very well. DeBrusk-Krejci-Pastrnak was together for like one shift and scored a goal, maybe try them together Bruce? It shouldn't be that hard to find a competent RW that the Marchand-Bergeron duo can carry.
