There are guys like Iginla who pick their spots and I respect, and then there are the Doans and Perrys who seem more interested in throwing personal tantrums when things don't go their way.

I don't see any difference between Doan, Iginla, Thornton or Perry. They all melt down when things aren't going their way and resort to cheap/dirty garbage and running around "sending a message."

You don't remember Iginla spearing and then slew-footing Schnieder back in '07 among other clown acts? Jarome pulls the same garbage the other guys mentioned do.

But, that's "big, tough, Canadian hockey," so hockey media loves them even though they'll never be ones to lead their team to win the big one. Iginla may get it this year because he's on a stacked Pens team, but he won't be the guy leading the troops.
