Separate wagers. But you can combine them into a 'parlay'. e.g. Yotes and over 5.5, Islanders and over 5.5, Yotes and under 5.5, Islanders and under 5.5

You can do both separately. You can just bet on the over/under or do a straight bet. For example, tonight's lines for the Coyotes are:
Arizona +220
New York Islanders -260.
Let's say you wanted to bet $100. If you bet on the Coyotes to win you would win $220.
If you bet $100 on the Islanders you would only win $38, as the Islanders are favored by that much.
You would have to spend $260 on the Islanders to win $100.
