That's a valid point.
His style of play had nothing to do with why he limped off the ice tonight.Blanks plays a style his body can’t support .
Yes, but Blanks blocked the shoot and probably he couldn't play PP in that time.I guess I missed it, noticed Boqvist on PP1 and Berni on PP2.
Well, just think about the next season…what if…At least they're halfway done with this cluster**** of a season...
The odds of them hitting the #1 in the lottery are slim. Even if they do, he'll only be around the rookie contract length at which time we'll piss him off in some way that he'll leave at first opportunity. Or he'll be a bust.Well, just think about the next season…what if…
Voracek, Nyquist, Korpi gone
We sign an adequate top 4 D man in the free agency
We bring over Voronkov to cement our bottom 6
Jordan Dumais is amazing
Tarasov develops
Marchenko, KJ, Chinakhov mature
Texier returns even better
We still got Johnny freaking Hockey
And Bedard might be a Jacket
I count 12 what ifsWell, just think about the next season…what if…

Jordan Dumais is amazing - we hope
Tarasov develops - He's on track to do that even though we can't leave him in one place long enough to develop a rhythm
Marchenko, KJ, Chinakhov mature - they are getting older.
Texier returns even better - I don't see this happening
We still got Johnny freaking Hockey - Yup
And Bedard might be a Jacket - we hope
lots of hopes and dreams here
There have been many years in the past where we've said the same thing only to be disappointed. Like last year. You say that like it's a bad thing. A team in our position has to build off hopes (there are never any certainties). Some will come true and some won't. The great news is that we have so many possibilities for improvement, I expect a competitive team.

Well, I don’t think we EVER had such a promising prospect pool, all the core players signed for years in advance and a solid chance to draft a potentially generational playerThere have been many years in the past where we've said the same thing only to be disappointed. Like last year.
Always funny to compare to our thread here .. Adam Boquist anyone ?
