Couple tidbits from Russo (http://www.startribune.com/dubnyk-vs-price-round-2-tonight/410538025/):
Dubnyk is tied for second in the NHL with 21 wins, Price tied for fifth with 20. Dubnyk leads the NHL with 1.80 goals-against average and .939 save percentage. Price ranks sixth with a 2.12 goals-against average and fifth with a .928 save percentage.

Mikko Koivu has 10 goals and 22 points in the past 22 games. Eric Staal, who scored the shorthanded winner in the third period in Montreal last month, has 20 goals and 39 points in 43 games vs. Montreal.

At home after a 3 day break against a team that played last night and every Wild player over 30 (plus Spurgeon) had yesterday's practice off. Hope Boudreau's gambit pays off and they come out flying early.

MTL/Jets game last night was a clinic on how not to play defense or be a goaltender.

Hope MTL got all the scoring out of their system. :naughty:

This might be a little sacrilegious to say (*shrugs*) but I almost prefer the B squad.

agreed. Kenny A has gotten better. the downside is that sometimes the B squad can lack the enthusiasm, and there's just no energy from the commentators. I think they have an important role in hyping the game and keeping viewers interested during play.

80% of the time they send the 'B' squad to MIN. But you can guarantee Doc and Enzo will be in CHI with Pierre on Sunday when we play the hawks.

I'd honestly have the 'B' squad for our games against Chicago. Olczyk is damn near unbearable during Hawks games, although Pierre's love of the Wild tends to even things out (which is also pretty cringe-worthy too).

"Suter is farmer strong and wears underwear with little Green cucumbers on them, Doc. His father and uncle also liked to wear clothes with pictures of vegetables on them. What players."

You forgot to add the rundown of every hockey program/organization that Suter has been involved in since he started skating.

"Great young player at Culver Military Academy! The Wild also took a terrific player from Culver back in 2013! Louie Belpedio! playing now at Miami University, also won a bronze with Team USA at the World Juniors, had a couple pretty good teammates that season in Auston Matthews and Zach Werenski, coupla Calder Candidates! But guess who else played at Miami? Patty Cannone!!! Not in the lineup tonight, but made his NHL debut this season with the Wild!"
