You're right – Habs generated some decent chances, including Anderson ringing the goalpost (2nd time in 2 games). But that's the constant problem: converting. Habs don't have snipers. We come close, but miss/fan/hit a body/hit a post. Possession stats look good, but we get shut down too easily. We're a team of 'almosts'.

I'm not sure if that's true anymore. TT and Anderson are among the league leaders. Gallagher (when healthy) is 25-30 goals in the bank. Suzuki can chip in. Even Perry is pacing for 20+... We've got some guys who can finish.

Getting them to do it tonight... we'll see. Another period left.

KK is getting much better at faceoffs lately. I didn't check the stats, but Staal hasn't been that good on faceoffs lately. It hasn't made any difference on the PP.
