Actually, it would be nice if we had the personnel that OEL wouldn't have to play as much as he does.

Boedker makes mistakes too (and he ain't that young any more). I still think it would be a good idea to trade him by the deadline this season since I'm pretty sure he doesn't want to re-sign if Tippett is still here next season. Could you imagine Boedker on a team like the Isles or Pens? He would score a heckuva lot more than he does here (even if he doesn't get 1st line duty) and we could get some nice pieces for the future if we dealt him.

That would be a good lineup. Gotta resign Boeds, Tik, and Doan to a reasonable deal.

I think after the slap to the face from Chicago, Tik would be reasonable, since there probably isn't time left in the season for him to put up the monster numbers that would justify any significant raise, unless he goes complete beast mode/dad strength in a bit.
