The Landeskog-MacKinnon-Duchene line needed a shake up. So since MacK played well with the two corpses earlier in the year and that line's minutes can be more carefully managed, that's where he got put. I'd have prefered to see Duchene put on Soderberg's wing, with Landy-MacK getting Comeau and lighter minutes; but who nows how long these lines will last.

Huh, I guess mack can carry a line on his own.

Some of us suspect that MacK's been playing through an injury. So putting him on a line where his minutes can be pulled back, alongside guys he's produced with before, could help get him going again until he's fully fit; plus Iginla and Tanguay have been somewhat productive lately in that limited-minute offensive role with Mitchell carrying them. *shrug* We'll see I guess; but I'm hopefully that these won't last very long.
