What for? The Bruins are still three points ahead of the Flyers and have games in hand. The fact of the matter is the Metropolitan division (which this division effectively is plus Boston and Buffalo) is tougher than fans were expecting.

Is making the playoffs the goal or is it winning it all? This team as presently constituted is nowhere near competing to win.

They should have won in 19 but played down to an inferior opponent and lost. Their time is done.
