That was an enjoyable period, PP finally looking competent, great snipe from Tats. When this team gets goin full throttle they really do look like quality. Howard looking good so far, D still has a penchant for giving up some weak chances but that was good, kill it off with a 3rd and get a nice comfortable W.

He's finally playing like Helm again. Fast, tenacious, creating havoc on the forecheck. In the beginning of the season he was invisible. Now, even if he's not finishing like we wish he could, he's been one of the more noticeable players on the ice for at least a handful of games now.

It is unbelievable how bipolar Smith's play is, he has been excellent for a week now after being a healthy scratch that everyone wanted waived.

He had a really bad giveaway in the first to Cammaleri I think, and hasn't done that much to stand out this game

He finally got a goal. Now he can relax and play. Starting a contract year injured and then going on the schneid for a bunch of games can get a guy gripping the stick a little too tight.
