He certainly helps the second unit PP more than any other options on it.
The first PP goal was almost entirely him+net front traffic, most notably how he had to receive TT's pass on his skate, kick it to his stick and put it on net fast enough to ensure the lane wasn't closed. Which he did. Sad that a Dmen actually putting the puck on net efficiently on the PP is something to celebrate, but it is for this PP.
The second PP goal was just a result of the fact that with Rundblad and TT at the points, both players are positioned on their strong shooting sides, rather than their with their strong sides to the boards as Q's PP usually runs. So both guys are able to thread passes quickly before lanes close, rather than stopping the puck and adjusting position first.
