Marty Hanzal disagrees with you. Even he has admitted the leaders (including himself) aren't stepping up enough.

That's what I said. I stated that Hanzal and OEL have to step it up a bit because they are looked to as leaders in the room and they both can do more. That's what leaders say, did you expect him to say something else? Even though he is not classified as a vet, but if you asked Domi the same question, you would get the same answer. Give this team time. Why are you guys so quick on the draw and start pointing fingers?
