Happy to have Bozak back :handclap:

I wouldn't underestimate the Jackets for this one though. We've had problems scoring lately and they still have a solid d-corps and Bobrovsky in net. Hopefully Bozak's return can get our top six going, the home ice advantage holds up (9-3-0 at home so far as opposed to .500 on the road) and Reimer continues to make us all wonder if Jesus already came back.

I actually think another reason clarkson decided to join the leafs (aside from the money, hometown), was that he would be able to finally play his game to the max. He's a tough, skilled, pest type of player and he knew that the leafs were one of the toughest last season and that carlyle is a type of coach who would like his skillset.

I dont know if you guys remember, but pete debour is like the opposite of carlyle. He doesnt want any of his players to get involved in scrums. He doesnt want his players to initiate scrums. He barely dresses any tough guys, so he is really not fond of fighting. He doesnt want his players trashtalking.

I remember clarkson was kind of annoyed by that in an interview during their playoff run two season ago. Its not in his game to stay quiet and not trashtalk and not get involved in scrums.

So i hope he doesnt tone it down, cuz i think it only makes him play better when he is more involved

So does Carlyle. Did you miss his interview after the Caps game? He wants Clarkson to tone down on the trash-talking, and let his physical play against the board do the talking on ice.

Wow that Columbus 4th line is puke worthy...awful

They basically don't have one since Collins can't make it. I liked MacKenzie when I followed Columbus a bit closer though.

Not a fan of the third line, except Umberger who is great. I like every player on the second and first line though. Needless to say, forwards isn't really a strength for Columbus at the moment. Not on paper at least.

I just want them to win. We never come out strong against weakened teams and it's incredibly frustrating. We also need to put some points in the bank before December ***** on us.
