Was that error intentional? Because it works in so many ways.

Canucks are major Homers the entire fan base is delusional. Even the border patrol going in was a tool.

The Hawks look tired. Not to mention there is a lot of sissy stuff behind the play like picks and interferences that they had to deal with. Not to.mention. bieksa trying to head hunt.

Main board will undervalue (aside from the occasional topic that vastly overvalues) Toews all the way up to when he gets inducted into the HHOF on the first ballot with relative ease.

No need to pay attention to it.

After a long day enjoying life with the largest NHL contract to date, Toews comes home to his downtown penthouse totally exhausted. He solemnly glances at his two Stanley Cup rings, two Olympic gold medals, his World Championship gold medal, his Selke trophy, and his Conn Smythe. He reflects on how his number is already guaranteed to hang in the rafters of the United Center, and how he's as close as a 26-year-old can be to having a guaranteed spot in the HHOF.

And he sheds a single tear.

"HFBoards still undervalues me."

Just thought I'd post this here you guys have a great captain that young players look up to very accomplished player at just 26 years old! Always fun to watch these teams play each other the rivalry's not the same as it used to be I think at this point its just respect.

@BradZiemer Bo on taking faceoffs against Toews: "Believe it or not, that is my idol. That’s the guy I want to model my game after." #Canucks

Well...the Afterglow was short-lived,wasn't it? Hawks'dog-poop of a game vs. Canucks will certainly go down in the Annals. ..Big Fail in Statement game..Hawks best sunk but so did entire team follow the non-compete lose puck races and puck battles no want game....no support for each other...no energy..no skill..nafa..the convenient excuse is of course the 3rd game in 4 nights on the road vs. a rested motivated statement panting home team..but we have seen other Hawks teams shrug off the tiredness excuse to beat home teams in big games in their barn..but this TEAM seems to lack something..it will take convenient excuses not to show up if the excuses are on a plate for them.. AND we have lost other statement games already this year even without the 3 in 4 excuse..VAN tilted the ice to majesty us play too long in our zone.. ..their top line was terrific...we could not take the.puck away from the Sedins. ..T and K sunk but so did many others..lack of focus energy and want.. Hawks killer Hanson of course rises against us again..Everything that could go wrong...did..and so the After-glow was very short-lived indeed...please do not Saul Hawks learned any lessons.. They never do...Country Clusters take short-cuts when they can get away with it..3 in 4 was a gateway with it excuse..Not saying Hawks could Einstein every game on this roadtrip..but you ought to TRY..they threw in the towel before this big game..BC. Boys laid stink bomb in front of relatives and friends. .our poster boys made toblook silly by their poster boys..Fail..Bad.

Coach Q kinda looks like Einstein. He once said "Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." Sounds like Quenneville. Fiddy might be onto something.

I think that quote might be misattributed to Einstein. At least there is no clear source for that quote.

The final score (with an empty netter) was flattering for the Hawks as Crawford kept us in it until late in the 3rd period. Canucks could easily have scored 7 or 8 goals in this game. Things are certainly not going to get easier as this road trip now involves actual contenders.
