I think the dilemma is Yandle - Morris works well. Ideally I'd like to see Morris get less minutes as I think he'd be more effective that way. But no sense splitting up a working unit.

Without Klesla in the lineup Schlemko is the best bottom 4 D available defensively. So pairing him with Rundblad to make up for his deficiencies is probably the logic.

I think Tippett will try Summers - Rundblad again in the future depending on how fast Klesla returns. That's far more of a balanced pairing on paper at least.
