Went over to the Pens GDT and it’s all sorts of weird. Bizarre anime and other assorted oddities. Anyhoo, they’re even more pessimistic and they seem to be enjoying the Jack Johnson curse.

Hoping we can figure out how to get through the neutral zone well this game. Major drag on our offense last game not being able to get through without dumping. Didn’t generate a lot of quality opportunities.

The claim is apparently that since there was a penalty on the Jackets, scoring the goal would have required we had possession, therefore no goal. Or something.

Since when is it legal to catch the puck? The entire pressure by the Pens stemmed from that clear penalty the refs didn’t call.
