As one of the older millennials (depending on your definition of millennial), the 8-5 business day should be pushed back to 9-6 or 10-7. Modern technology is great and we no longer have to work via candlelight.

As a fellow older millenial (or xennial depending on your definitions), I have to ask why you're working 8 hours days, 5 days a week. I love only working 4 days a week. 5 day work weeks are out-dated.

I occupy a similar "in between generations" niche with 1980. Whether or not I'm GenX or Millenial depends entirely on which one the guy currently yelling at me finds the most objectionable.

We seem to play well against the Panthers recently for one reason or another. Would be nice to see Bread get out of the funk he's been in. A win here would go a long way to confirming that our early season jitters are gone.
