You want to play Husso down to Ned last season? Most any goalie ever played, without looking it up that I remember, is Brodeur, at about 60 games. Guess what, you have to let backups play. Ned played too much last season and he burned the hell out towards the end.

Grant Fuhr played a lot of games. 79 games one season, but that was in the 90's

Jimmy Howard started 60 2x in his career.
I don't think Husso's proved he's a high mileage goalie - with 62 career starts
