At this point I think we would rather have Vesey than Toews ..the rookie for NYR having an easy time beating goalies (6 goals now plus 3a after the 1g 2a he got last night vs. STL of all tough teams to get points on) whereas our vaunted $10.5 m captain is struggling and ineffective and vs.CGY last night cannot even muster 1 single shot!You know if we can win 5-1 while getting out-competed 5/6ths of a game then why do we need to spend $10.5 million of cap just on a faceoff specialist who does nothing else anymore for us?

110 was the highest non custom flex so unless it is a 110 and you cut it down a foot 150 seems a big stiff. (sarcasm).

Could you be more focused on Russian players? When we lose Panarin? Where is he going exactly?

AA had 3 points, 3 goals, no assists.

I would take Toews over Malkin and Kucherov in the playoffs. Outside of him and Kucherov, you just named a bunch of players not even playing the game any more.

And I never said Russians were all bad in the playoffs, I just said I would take Toews over them.
