Can we do the 2013 draft before the season then a 2014 one afterwards?

I support this but Gabby has made this Unclear as **** because i dont have an idea about cap , drafts and tradeing right now.

First, What the **** is the cap floor and Ceiling ?
Second, What the **** is the cap hit where useing because i picked my team assumeing it was 12-13
third, Explain the draft scenerio
fourth Explain free agency
and fifth What about contract extensions what cap do we use , per example. Quick Re-signed , Eberle did , Patches did and Hall did so do we use 12-13 or 13-14 caps for them ?

IMO i say **** free agency but use 13-14 cap hits and for all the free agents you can re sign them to the same cap hit as what they have now or just do 12-13 because if its to much of a ***** to go in fantasy draft and search up players -_- then idk

Also, yes, rebuilding with a team with great assets is always easier. I don't understand why people do it, since it's pretty much a guaranteed KLLR Cup win. Okay, I guess I do understand; but it is rather cheap.

There will be one draft round, after which I will auto the next two rounds. If you can't be around in the next few days to draft properly then you can PM me players you're targeting and you may luck out.

We can make trades for 2014 picks and I'll run a 2014 draft if we're still gettin it done at the end of the game.
