Steel didn’t really do anything. Comtois has great instincts on when to release for breakaways. Lundestrom was fine. Terry had a couple of his trademark turnovers but hustled well on backcheck.

Kesler looked better than I feared. That helps a lot.

I think people spend way too much time fussing over which no. 6 D sucks and which one is alright. They generally all suck and we hate whichever one we have seen most recently.

Terry had a couple good scoring chances and stripped a guy of the puck towards the end there too. I think he's doing pretty well and seems to be able to read Rakell pretty well.

Cool to see Lundestrom take the opening faceoff. I thought he'd be a scratch tonight with Kesler back.
