It had potential to be a hit that happens 10 times in a game if Virtanen had remained in an upright position. He looked back at Pateryn a second before the hit happened (saw him coming) and then turned his back on incoming player and reached for the puck to push it forward. As he reached he was almost horizontal as Pateryn made contact with his hit. Two minutes is the right call IMO.
