The puck would have to be fully in the offensive zone white before a player can be fully in the offensive zone white. But on a delayed offsides call, if the puck is on the blue, you don't have to bring back into the neutral zone white to be safe again, it can stay on the blue line. Was that your question or did I misunderstand that?
