#CBJ Nathan Horton's contract has a full 'no move' clause for first four years, then modified 'no trade' for last three years.

Even better for him

Wow! Big winners today so far:

1. Detroit- Alfie and Weiss- might be 1st in the East
2. Toronto- 3 good moves- Bozak, Clarkson and Bernier - 2nd in the East

Big Losers:

1. Ottawa- Ouch!!!
2. Boston- Losing- Horton, Sequin, Jagr, Peverely, Ference

You really think TOR is better than BOS, even with those moves? I don't see it.

So if you are going to mention losing Seguin you have to mention getting Eriksson. The only player the Bruins lost that could be a problem is Horton.

Clarke Macarthur will end up scoring as many goals as Judas Alfredsson.

Not to speak for him, but I believe he's saying TO is #2 in winning UFA ... which I don't agree with either, but I don't think he's saying TO's better than Boston in general

Replacements

Horton- TBD
seguin- Eriksson
Jagr-Any prospect in the system
Peverley-Soderberg
Ference-Hamilton

If we find a decent replacement for Horton

I think we ice a better team than last year

Right, it's not like Bozak is an addition. They already had him, and they lost MCArthur. More importantly they lost Grabowski, who is a better player than Clarkson

Biggest winner last 24 hours Boston- crushed that deal; and Toronto lost their mind....be negative but getting rid of Peverley contract nice, no spot Ference, Eriksson vs Seguin as of today not even clise

Way off

Alfie is old. Weiss is ok but Detroit needs defense not a few more offensive guys. Toronto just way over spent. Clarkson is a grinder who had one very lucky season.
