This is how I see it. Having Melkman and Nieto in the top 6 is not good. We need to bounce 1 of them out.

From what I heard... When he was young he was always the best player on the ice and could party hard and still be the best. When he got to the NHL needed to stop partying so hard because he was not the best player out there and he never stopped. Not as bad as Richards but he loves to party.
