Tatar is my under the radar signing of the day, albeit not necessarily for the Caps.

Right now the focus should be on looking for cap relief.

They can accomplish cap relief by jettisoning Justin Schultz without taking another bad player in return.

I like Foegele, think he's a solid 3rd line player, but this is still lol. Somehow both teams are looking worse because of the moves this trade is designed to fill in for.

I don't want BMAC to have to send a pick with Schultz to make it work and you know that's what Seattle will want. If we could get a 4th round pick or better from CBJ or NSH I'd be ecstatic. Otherwise, just hold on to Schultz and see how the coming weeks unfold or season for that matter.
