I plan to go to the 2026 Olympics so will be neat to see the NHL back. Mcdavid and mackinnons first appearances - hard to believe

Was there ever an update on Drysdale? I thought there was supposed to be one a while ago.
The only thing to come out, I believe is his teammates comments of "avoiding the worst case" and sightings of Jamie without a sling. Still, he remains on IR without updates so it seems to me very likely he will not play much more if any this season. I think him playing this season is completely irrelevant.

For me, I hope that he can get his shoulder to where he can play without having to worry about injuring it. That has to start to become a creeping fear at this point. I don't know how those treatments are compared to knees, which for instance Teemu went through with great success. I'm sure it has been discussed elsewhere on hfboards by more knowledgeable individuals.

Sadly, I think the Flyers brass' decision not to give updates isn't because they don't know, but instead because they don't want to look bad.
