Has anyone tried the Finnish Long Drink? The company Rask is a partner with?

Bought some tonight. Delicious....and dangerous. I easily could drink that entire package without even knowing it.

Our local bar/restaurant announced on Facebook they had some available for take out. We quickly placed an order for a 4 pack and some wings to have as an app before dinner.

I admire their commitment to freshness, but it’s nice to see in the midst of this pandemic that they are willing to distribute to a wider audience.

Pre-Pandemic they wouldn’t go south of Rutland, so Mass is a huge step! If only they would make it down to Connecticut.....

Semi-food related, I have a sodastream that I enjoyed a lot, but my CO2 canister ran out a couple months ago, and since everything was shut down, it was impossible to get a replacement anywhere. So yesterday the grocery store here finally had one in stock, so I replaced it. The first bottle I made was good. The second was a little weaker but I didn't think that much of it. Then tonight I made one after work and it was weak again, so I'm wondering if maybe it's my water and maybe it's not cold enough, or maybe I didn't fix the bottle tight enough. So I tried one more time and started getting no pressure at all, then held the button for maybe 10 seconds and it's empty. Totally empty. So after all that time, they sold me a dud. Now I'm going to have to find a time to go back and get them to replace it (assuming they'll even have another in stock). Frustrating. A man just wants some friggin' fizzy water.

Tortilla soup... Doesn't get any easier. All canned goods and spices, although obviously you could cook your own chicken fresh, etc. But this is a good pantry staple buster.

Canned white meat chicken
Can of pinto beans
Can of black beans (I didn't have any so used red kidney beans)
Can of corn
Can of diced tomatoes
Can of enchilada sauce
Can of chicken broth
Packet of taco seasoning
Teaspoon each of cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder (I didn't measure, just kinda tossed some in, with a couple shakes of black pepper)

Dump it all in the pressure cooker and set for four minutes. Quick release at the end and presto, soup's on.

Great for me because it doesn't leave me with gallons of leftovers but there's plenty to make several meals. Lots of flavor.

I have exactly zero need for these and I'm really not sure why I'm making them other than I found a bunch of recipes this brownie pan is useful for, and, well.... Here I am.

Bottom layer cookie dough
Middle layer whatever you want...I went with Oreos, butterscotch chips, and Reese's cups to try different things and see how they do.
Top layer brownie mix.

A month's worth of calories in one pan. :help:

I have a volunteer taste tester but she's not getting any of it! Neither should I but that's another story. .......o_O

Been trying a different frozen pizza every week. So far the champs are

Red Baron French bread. Absolutely has to be French bread, otherwise they’re no good
Screamin Sicilian Mother of meats
Sams Choice (yes, that one!) bbq chicken thin crust

Hmmmm. I'm really tired of our local pizza chains, the quality gets worse all the time it seems. I might have to try a frozen one sometime. Although I do like the take and bake from Papa Murphy's. And Kroger's isn't bad either.
