Yeah, he made the cup finals with Vancouver and NY. He's a good coach for the Flyers IMO who have a mix of vets and young players.

This is where AV makes most sense. It's for the most part a win/compete now roster and thats where AV excells at. This was the best landing spot for him . If Flyers can't make anything happen with AV as a coach that core needs to be broken up.

I don't think AV is horrible, but Ghost is who I'd be worried the most for.

He wants to run and gun and win 5-4, but he never got the most out of the skilled defensemen we had in New York, Keith Yandle in particular.
