Now that would be frightening, give a retread Dino a 3 year deal to "turn this team around."

Hiring an assistant coach (when you have a vacancy mid-season) who you know and is available isn't anything to get excited about.

At least this guy has coached in the AHL and probably can work with young players in March and April after we trade a half dozen guys at the TDL.
