I believe Arnolds will be two years and gaudreaus will be three! Both will burn a year off with tonights game, meaning Arnold is effectively signing a one year deal and gaudreau a two year deal.

And elc maxes base salary at 925k but bonuses over that can push to somewhere between 3.5 and 4 depending on negotiated bonuses

As per Cap Geek, Bill Arnold's full salary including bonuses is $900k while Gaudreau's is quite a bit more at $1.85M.
