I just really don't see much upside in him. He doesn't use his strengths anywhere near enough.
Eh, he's trying to be more than a run-of-the-mill 4th line physical energy player. There's way more to his game than just big hits; his hands and speed are very underrated. His hockey IQ is pretty good too. Lots of examples of that this season. Ferland's essentially a second year pro right now; he's far from a finished product.
