Random game thoughts:

-Overall an expected loss given the schedule/injuries, not worried

-Hoglander has really improved around the net this year, 2-3 nice deflection goals

-Not liking Mikheyev/EP at ES right now and Garland certainly is not helping

-Bad time for Suter to be out, his line with Joshua/Garland was playing well. Now one is out and the other two are a bit lost

-Juulsen is not good

-Kind of fun to have a more physical game

-Hughes seemed a bit off defensively tonight, maybe minutes are catching up

I'll take a loss each to Calgary and Toronto in exchange for beating the Oilers 3 times in a row ALL DAY.

Next game vs Seattle is going to be a tough one as well. This team has done a ton of travelling the last 2 weeks plus zero practice time.

Hoping they call up Wolanin and get Kuz back.

Meh. That was always going to be a rough game, one of the worst on the schedule all year.

Team kept it boring for 30 mins as Tocchet wanted, then the legs fell off.

Everyone was bad but not overly concerned unless trends continue in the next two home games.

Juulsen is straight garbage and can’t be allowed to continue hurting the team.

Pretty decent effort for Karlsson, did a good job and battled hard in the trenches.
