That was more on Hanifin than Hamonic IMO. Hanifin got beat, so Hamonic had to leave his lane and come over towards MacKinnon. Hanifin was just flat-footed. No reason for him to let MacKinnon get by him there.

I went to a Flames game that year and wore my Colorado gear (Sakic is my fav player and I have his jersey) and "cheered" the Av's. Flames won 6-2 that game or something like that.

Just imagine if Feaster was able to snag that first overall with our 3 1sts.

4-2 was a pleasant surprise, but vs the avs I'm not sure 6-2 would have been good enough. They typically get 25-30 A+ chances against us w 40+ shots. Hoping for a point.
