Yeah, totally agree. This is the biggest issue with this rule ( not the only) , it's only called in favour of the defensive team. If it can't aid both sides equally at the same time, it shouldn't be a rule.

Bingo! The NHL is paining to have more goals scored yet they keep developing rules that prevent that.

I love video review for certain things, not offside.
