Let’s goooo boys!

Fantilli probably gets it, but who knows

I think Fantilli will win it. It's great to see Farrell and Hutson make the Top-10 finalists. But I don't see either of them win it.

Can you imagine IF habs would had picked Cooley as #1 last draft ?

Will Habs ever pay attention to a young goalie from MTL area, Yaniv Perets ?

Lane Hutson season is more impressive than Adam Fantilli season. But it's just me. Don't forget that Hutson is a D and he put the best PPG for D since Briance Leetch!
Fantilli's NCAA dvision is stronger than Hutson's one.

Totally agree but Fantilli’s team is stacked with talent also.

Nice to see 2 guys, both goalies, from my hometown of DDO being in the top 10. While Levi is Florida's property, would be interesting to invite Perets to a Habs rookie camp or whatever. His numbers in the ECAC over 2 years are nice and at 23 could be a good goalie for Laval at the very least.

If no one gives him an ELC, I'd give him an AHL contract.. he does look like a product of the system vs. being a really strong goalie prospect.

Can't see how Hutson could win this over Levi considering Hockey East named Levi their player of the year.
But.... what an accomplishment to just get on the list.
You’ll find the Hobey Baker is weird. Last year Levi wasn’t in the final 3….but a goalie he beat for the Richter award for best college goalie was. It doesn’t make sense…and that’s college hockey awards for you.

Levi is Sabres property. He was traded there in the Reinhart deal.

But I agree about Perets. He should be a Habs target.

Knies should win because somehow he beat Fantilli.

Knies doesn't even deserve a top 10 nomination. 0.14 PPG inflation while playing with significantly better playwrs.

The people who voted for those awards and the one who votes for the Hobey Baker are not the same.

Sportsnet listing Hutson's season scoring numbers lower than they actually were to pump up their Leafs guy more. :sarcasm:

Hutson, a native of Holland, Mich., had six goals and 26 assists for 32 points in 34 games with Boston University this season. He was the Canadiens’ second-round pick, 62nd overall, in 2022.

Just listened to McGuire on 690 and he thinks either Fantilli or Knies will win the Hobey Baker.
