Calm down man. And Frolik just isnt a bottom 6 player and wouldnt have been a top 6 guy for me. The price for both guys will be about what it costs for Frolik himself.

Two useful players for the price of 1 player who has no spot in a lineup makes sense to me. And hopefully you understand the 5th rounder part is a joke

The Boston Bruins have signed recently acquired defenseman Ed Jovanovski to a two years contract worth $4,750,000 per season. The deal also includes a NTC.

Ed was our main target in free agency and we were happy to be able to acquire his rights. The discussions for a contract weren't very long since Ed is a winner and he knows that he will be able to win in Boston. He will take off a lot of pressure from Zdeno Chara and he will bring stability to our defense.

In other news, Andrew Ference has been sent down to Providence.
