The purpose of the promotion is to get people in the door for a free fry to spend money elsewhere, as well as getting their name said during broadcasts. Not much of a promotion if it doesn't happen.

I guess there's no reason. I thought there would be more but there was only 18 more 50 point scorers in 85-86, I just knew that was Wayne's 85-86 season was the 215 one and assumed.
But, if you want to point at 50 point scorers, the 85-86 wings had 266 goals for and 415 goals against - for comparison - the 17-18 wings had 217 goals for and 255 goals against. So yea sick goal differential, there.

My whole point going to my first post was the 85/86 team had far better players on it. I would much rather have Yzermen , Klima, Oates, Kocur, Probert, Zombo, going forward than Larkin, Mantha, AA, and Cholo, see the difference??
