Looks like a few more Tampa players have also left for Europe:
-Patrick Fischer played in Europe last season and will play in NLA again this season.

-Mark Mowers is also staying in DEL after leaving the NHL mid way through last season.

-Magnus Johansson signed with Atlant in the KHL

St Louis winger Jean-Guy Trudel has returned after one AHL year to play in the NLA.

Ryan Duncan is still playing in the NCAA so he wasn't egliable for Free Agency in the HFNHL this season.

This article lists the fighting Sioux who have signed professional contracts for the upcomming season and Duncan isn't one of them.

I had thought Duncan graduated from college and signed a tryout contract to attend the St. Louis Blues pro tryout camp in July (which he did indeed attend). Perhaps he was simply invited as a guest of some sort, while still retaining his college eligibility? I'll do some checking to confirm, otherwise, if he is returning to North Dakota, obviously he will be removed from my roster.

I just want Nagy and Perreault to sign with SOMEONE so I know how to set up my forwards. I don't care what country.

That was fairly quick. Looks like your wish just came true. Don't know if Strickland can be considered an official source, but well, Nagy has apparently signed for Cherepovets in the KHL. :sarcasm:

Now, let's see how long it will take for Perreault to sign..

Question: Am I on the hook for Nagy's $3.2 million should be decide to come back next year, or can I let him go next time we release prospects and Euros?

Here is a more reliable link....

http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/story/?id=246953&lid=sublink01&lpos=headlines_main

Anyways, this is an awfully big desicion for such a promising player, there has to be more to this story, something going on behind the scenes that the media is not aware of, Legein is the last player I would expect to quit hockey.

Extremely strange. It sounds like its close to being official, but I'm going to leave him on Edmonton's prospect list until training camp starts. His father is still talking like there's a chance he'll report, but I doubt it. Wonder whats going on behind the scenes.
